The location was serene, surrounded by nature. The room was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to unwind. However, the cleanliness in the changing rooms was a big issue. Found them cramped and unkempt, which felt a bit disappointing. Also, the lack of towels was frustrating. I had to deal with some poor communication about towel availability upon arrival. The staff could have managed that better. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, but improvements in cleanliness and communication would go a long way.

I spent a couple of nights in this place and honestly, the mineral water pools were very nice! I felt like a king, lounging in the thermal waters, it was like bathing in liquid silk. Like a new man.
