The location was fantastic. We were surrounded by beautiful Tuscan countryside with easy access to nearby villages and cities. the pools were clean and well-maintained, and we had a great time using them. the spa treatments were excellent and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The language barrier was a bit of an issue, as not all staff members spoke English fluently. We also had trouble with the restaurant menu, which was only in Italian, and some of the dishes were a bit confusing.
